On 19 November 2025, the Melia Vienna hosted the 113th edition of the Italian Travel Workshop, a well-established event promoting Italian tourism products in Central European markets. The event brought together buyers from Austria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, and Poland, offering a key opportunity to network, meet directly with top Italian suppliers, and explore new travel and partnership opportunities in Italian tourism.
During the whole duration of the event, participants had the chance to check the info points from our partners, Visit Romagna, Regione Marche, Comune di San Benedetto del Tronto and Trentino. Participants explored concrete tourism offers, discovered destinations and discussed collaboration projects.
The day featured a full program of B2B meetings between buyers and sellers. The contacts generated opened concrete opportunities for collaboration and business development. Satisfaction was high on both sides, confirming the effectiveness of the format.
The Vienna edition reinforced the role of the Italian Travel Workshop as a strategic event for strengthening relations between Italy and Central European markets, creating new synergies and highlighting Italian tourism excellence.
