Back to Italy from the American experience, I wish to thank you for attending the Italian Workshop. I’d like to share with you some photos taken during the event and some comments we received from the American operators after the event, along with the result of the questionnaire we asked you to fill out.
We had a great day and a beautiful evening! We met so many nice people and discovered many new and wonderful properties that we did not know about before and now we are anxious to get back to Italy as soon as possible to see these places with our own eyes! Just a short note to thank you for yesterday event at the Puck Building. The workshop was a success; we met interesting suppliers and (hopefully) made good “connections”. Again, many thank to you and the rest of the staff for the great job!!! (Artisans of Leisure – New York, NY 10003 USA)
The answer to the first question about the general assistance before the event, more than 56% of operators judged it excellent, 40% good and only 4% sufficient (1 single operator).
In reference to the information given before the workshop, 48% found it excellent, 44% good and 8% sufficient. 72% of buyers found the assistance during the workshop excellent and 28% good. To question number four, which is the one through which the value of the event can be measured, Los Angeles workshop was judged “excellent” by 76% of operators, “good” from 20% of them, and just one single operator judged it “sufficient” (4%). At last, 96% of operators expressed interest in attending a workshop in Russia and 56% in China.
According to these positive results, we do consider ourselves very satisfied with the work done, but most of all we are very proud to have managed to set up for you a real and concrete chance to make business.
We are now about to close negotiations for the upcoming workshop for Ukraine and Belarus operators in Russia (probably next 7th November 2005) and for East Europe countries for operators from Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Austria (last decade of November).
