On May 8th, at Novotel München City in Munich, the 53rd edition of the ITW by Comitel – one of the biggest promotional events of the Italian tourist product – took place, with
the participation of many German operators, very fond of Italy and happy with the chance to attend such event!
Buyers said themselves very satisfied with the quality of contacts. The customer satisfaction survey conducted during the workshop confirms this result. 47,7% of buyers judged the quality of contacts as “Excellent” and the remaining 52,6% as “Good”.
As well as the buyers, also the sellers expressed their satisfaction: 85% of Italian operators evaluated as “Excellent” or “Good” the quality of foreign business partners.
